The Solar Decathlon 2011 is the reason why I haven’t updated my blogs since May. As the Team Massachusetts documentarian (Photographer and Social Media Coordinator) I have been following their construction progress in Boston, and at Epoch Homes in NH. I bought an intervalometer for time-lapse photography. This is the most popular of our time-lapses. It’s the assembly of the house modules.

SIMventory on its way!
In MassArt, Technology, Web on September 14, 2010 at 9:29 pmMy part-time role now is to assist Max Azanow, the new Studio Manager for the Studio for Interrelated Media (SIM) as Project Manager for the SIMventory project, which involves setting up some new online interfaces for students to browse and reserve equipment. Today, I met with MassArt’s IT director and equipment managers from other departments to assess our needs from WebCheckout. In tandem, I am designing an internal website interface within our SIMsite with our webmaster, Matt Moore. Our internal website will catalog all SIM equipment with photos and user feedback capabilities (which Webcheckout lacks).
